Connecting key cities and towns in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, the GEPL project is of integral value to the Kandla Sagar Economic Corridor. The 87-km-long toll road, located in Gujarat, is part of NH47 (formerly NH59), stretching from Piravdi near Godhra to the Gujarat-Madhya Pradesh border.

GRICL-AM is a 51.6-km, four-lane highway, part of SH41 in Gujarat, connecting Ahmedabad, Mehsana and Palanpur. It passes through urban and semi-urban centres like Kalol and Nandasan, and receives significant commercial traffic from industrial clusters. Two mainline plazas and two check plazas are operational along this corridor.

The GRICL-VH project connects major economic centres in the west – Mumbai, Surat, Bharuch and Vadodara – to Godhra, Indore and Bhopal in the east. The 31.7-km stretch of SH87 in Gujarat runs from Vadodara to Halol, passing through industrial clusters with chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electrical, plastic, and automobile manufacturing units.
